Using Muzeg Classroom

Muzeg Classroom is the built-in space for live music lessons. Launch it directly from your lesson page—no extra desktop installs required.

Start your lesson

  1. Open your booked lesson and click Enter Classroom.
  2. When prompted by the browser, allow access to your camera and microphone.
  3. Close heavy, unrelated apps to keep audio stable and reduce CPU load.

Taking notes

Use the Notes panel to jot down lesson points. Notes are private to your account and saved automatically.

Troubleshooting quick checks

  • Make sure no other app is using your mic or camera.
  • If audio is choppy, pause video briefly and close bandwidth-heavy tabs.
  • Have one backup video tool ready and share the link in Muzeg messages only if the classroom won’t load.
