Group courses at Muzeg™ are designed to help you learn and progress in a collaborative environment. These courses consist of multiple classes focusing on specific topics or general music skills, offering regular meeting times with the same teacher and classmates, all while adhering to Muzeg™ Group Courses Rules and Policies.
Muzeg™'s group courses allow students to meet regularly each week at a set time. These courses typically span a few weeks, depending on the topic. You’ll practice and improve your musical skills in a supportive group setting.

Cancelling a Course:
You can cancel a course more than 24 hours before it starts and get a credit refund.
No cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the course start time.
Minimum Student Requirement:
If the minimum number of students isn’t met, the course will be automatically cancelled, and credits will be refunded.
Teachers can also cancel a course 24 hours before it starts if the minimum enrollment isn't met.
Class Attendance:
If a student misses a class, there are no refunds. The course will continue as scheduled.
Behavior Standards:
Misbehavior, including harassment or disruption, will result in warnings or removal from the course. Unused balances will be credited to the teacher.
Reporting Misbehavior:
If a student misbehaves, they may be removed after repeated violations.
If a teacher misbehaves or misses a class, students can terminate the course and receive refunds for unused credits.
Requesting Termination:
Students cannot terminate a course unless the remaining student count is under the minimum requirement.
Teachers can request termination only if the student count drops to one.
The unused balance is calculated by dividing the total course cost by the number of classes and multiplying by the remaining classes. For example, if a $100 course has five lessons and one lesson remains, the unused balance would be $20.
Understanding Muzeg™'s group course policies helps ensure a smooth and productive learning experience. Be sure to communicate any issues early and follow the guidelines to maximise your musical education.
