What are Group Classes?

Group Classes on Muzeg™ are online sessions for 2–6 students, focusing on topics created by the teacher. These classes follow the Muzeg™ Group Class Rules and allow interaction with both the teacher and fellow students worldwide, helping you improve your musical skills.

Note: Group Classes can only be booked through the Muzeg™ Group Class page.

Booking a Class

• You can request a class as long as it's available and the maximum number of students has not been reached.
• Class requests are automatically accepted, and the class will appear in your upcoming lessons list once booked.
• No additional students can join once the class is full.

Cancelling a Class

• Students can cancel a class up to 24 hours before it starts to receive a full refund of class credits.

During the Class

1. Class Platform:
   • Attend the class on time. Late arrivals can join, but there are no cancellations, reschedules, or refunds for late attendance.
   • The class duration is based on the Class Settings.
   • Inappropriate behavior is unacceptable and may result in warnings or removal from the class.
2. Behavior Policy:
   • Disruptive behavior, including harassment or discrimination, is not allowed.
   • Teachers can remove misbehaving students, who will not be allowed to re-enter the class.
3. Camera Policy:
   • Students may choose to turn off their cameras if they prefer.

Refund Policy

• Cancel a class request up to 24 hours before it starts to receive a full refund of class credits.
• No refunds are allowed within 24 hours of the class start time.
• Provide evidence, such as screen recordings or chat records, to support your refund request.
• No refunds for students removed due to inappropriate behavior.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after the class ends.

Final Notes

Muzeg™ reserves the right to assess, resolve, and make final decisions regarding rule violations and other disputes.
