First, try to contact your teacher. Reach out to your teacher to check if they are available. Sometimes, teachers might be running late or facing technical issues.
If you don’t get a response from your teacher, it’s time to report the problem. On Muzeg™, email at hello@muzeg.com, you can find a "Report Problem" button. Select it and follow these steps:
Select the Problem: "Teacher did not show up or notify in advance.”
Describe the Issue: Write a brief description of what happened.
Once you report the problem, your teacher will have three days to respond. If they accept the issue, Muzeg™ will help solve it based on your chosen solution. If they don’t respond or disagree, Muzeg™ will make the final decision after looking at the information from both sides.
