To ensure your time zone setting on Muzeg™ is correct, verify that the time shown on your Dashboard next to your nickname matches the time on your device. If there's a mismatch, you may see a prompt to confirm your time zone upon logging in. If you don’t see a prompt and need help, contact support.
If you travel or relocate to a new city, update your time zone settings on Muzeg™ accordingly. For managing availability while away, see Update Your Calendar.
Navigate to account settings and select your time zone from the drop-down list. If your location isn’t available, identify your local time zone and select the closest match.
After making your selection, revisit your Dashboard to ensure the time on Muzeg™ aligns with the time on your device.
Muzeg™ reflects your current local time automatically. No manual action is typically required when Daylight Saving Time changes.
You don't need to worry about your teacher's time zone. Once your time zone is set correctly, Muzeg™ adjusts for any differences. Your local time will be accurately reflected on the booking and lesson pages. You can also browse availability in Find Teachers and use filters (see the Filters guide).
