Muzeg™ offers a business account designed for businesses, organizations, and schools to facilitate music lessons. With a Muzeg™ Business Account, administrators gain access to management tools that enhance lesson organization and increase member involvement.
How to Log in to Muzeg™ Business Account
Admin Account Access: After signing up, the Business Account is ready, and the Business administrators can sign in to the Muzeg™ Business using their administrator profile and password.
Admin Functions: The options available to the administrators after they have logged in include;
- All the members’ lesson details can be viewed
- Download individual and all members’ reports
Downloading Reports
- All Members' Monthly Report: Access the report in the Muzeg™ Members Report.
- Individual Learning Report: Access individual reports at Muzeg™ Individual Reports.
Managing Members
- Set as Administrator: Numerous users can be added or removed, and administrators can grant full access to all BOS functions for all users.
- Deactivate/Activate a Member: They have control of the members' activation status.
Account Settings
- Edit Company Profile: Administrators can update the company profile at Muzeg™ Organization Settings. This includes:
- Display Name
- Legal Name
- VAT ID Number
- Country
- Billing Address
- Contact Information
- Phone Number
- After completing your edits, don't forget to click "save".
