Whether you can edit or cancel a withdrawal request on Muzeg™ depends on its status. If your withdrawal request is still pending approval, you can modify or cancel it. However, once Muzeg™ has approved the request and begun processing the payment, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
If your withdrawal request is still pending approval, you can make changes by following these steps:
Muzeg™ allows only one withdrawal request per payment cycle, typically from the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the 30th or 31st of each month. If you submit another request within the same cycle, it will not be processed as a new withdrawal, but your previous request will be updated.
If your withdrawal request has already been approved and is being processed, you cannot cancel or modify it. At this point, you must wait for the funds to be transferred to your selected payment method: PayPal, Payoneer, or a direct bank transfer. If there is an issue with the transfer, you should contact your payment provider for further assistance.
