PayPal Account: Ensure you have a valid PayPal account to receive funds. If How to Withdraw Using PayPal on Muzeg™ is unavailable in your country, consider a different payment provider or contact Muzeg™ support for assistance.

How to Connect a PayPal Account

Go to Withdrawal Settings:

1. Access your withdrawal settings on Muzeg™.

Connect PayPal Account:

1. If you already have a PayPal account, click "Connect".

2. Follow the instructions on the PayPal website to connect your account. Once connected, Muzeg™ can send your payment.

Create a PayPal Account:

1. If you do not have a PayPal account, click "Create an Account".

2. Enter your bank information. PayPal will use this information to process your withdrawal request.

3. You may need to provide additional documents, such as a copy of your ID or a bank statement.

4. New applications can take several business days to review. After approval, you will receive an email confirmation.

Withdrawal Process and Timelines

Request Collection Schedule:

• Requests are collected twice a month: on the 15th and the last day (30th/31st) of each month.
• Payments will be sent out within the following 10 days. Requests submitted before the 15th will be processed by the 26th, and requests submitted at the end of the month will be processed by the 10th of the following month.

Steps to Submit a Withdrawal Request:

1. Go to My Wallet:

• Navigate to the My Wallet section on Muzeg™.

2. Click Withdraw:

• Click "Withdraw" next to My Balance.

3. Select "Bank Transfer (by PayPal)":

• If you don’t see this option, choose "+ use another withdrawal method" and create or connect your PayPal account.

4. Review the details and enter your password to confirm your request.

Fees for Bank Transfer via PayPal

USD Transfers to the USA:

• Fee: $1.5 USD flat fee.
• Example: For a $100 USD withdrawal, the teacher receives $98.50 after the PayPal fee.

Local Bank Transfers:

• Fee: $3 USD flat fee + approximately 2% currency exchange fee.
• Example: For a $100 USD withdrawal to a Japanese bank account, the teacher receives approximately $95.06 after fees.

SWIFT (Wire) Bank Transfers:

• Fee: $15 USD flat fee. Additional intermediary bank fees or loading fees may apply.
• Example: For a $100 USD withdrawal to a country where local currency transfer is not available, the teacher receives $85 USD after fees.
