Unfortunately, you cannot directly edit, delete, or cancel the PayPal withdrawal email address or bank transfer information via PayPal on Muzeg™. The process requires interaction with PayPal customer support. Here are the steps you need to follow:

Steps to Edit or Disconnect Your PayPal Account

Prepare Necessary Information:

  1. Your personal Muzeg™ ID (found in your profile link).

  2. The currently connected PayPal email address.

  3. The new or correct email address you want to use.

Contact PayPal Support:

  1. Provide PayPal with the information prepared in Step 1.

  2. Request that they disconnect your account from Muzeg™.

Contact PayPal Customer Support:

  1. After you receive an email confirmation from PayPal that your account has been disconnected, proceed to the next step.

Contact Muzeg™ Support:

  1. Inform Muzeg™ support about the disconnection so they can update their system.

Reconnect PayPal Account:

  1. Once Muzeg™ has updated the change, go to your Withdrawal Settings on Muzeg™.

  2. Click "Create an Account" or "Connect" to link your new PayPal account with your Muzeg™ account.

If you only want to disconnect or cancel your PayPal account with Muzeg™ without connecting a new one, contacting PayPal support for disconnection is sufficient. After disconnection, your withdrawal record on Muzeg™ will return to its default status without any linked PayPal account email.
