Requirements for Stripe Withdrawals

To receive payments via Stripe, you must have a valid Stripe account capable of receiving funds. Stripe supports most countries but may have different requirements depending on the country.

How to Connect a Stripe Account

Go to Withdrawal Settings:
  1. Access your withdrawal settings on the Muzeg™ platform.
Connect an Existing Stripe Account:
  1. Click "Connect".
  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe website. Follow the instructions to connect your account. Once connected, Muzeg™ can send your payment.
Create a New Stripe Account:
  1. If you do not have a Stripe account, click "Create an Account".
  2. New applications may take several business days to review. You will receive an email confirmation with further details.
  3. You may be asked to provide additional documentation, such as a copy of your ID, Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement, or other documents.
