It is considered a grave violation of our Terms of Service to accept any payment outside of Muzeg™. Payment for every lesson should be made through the platform. Here are the Muzeg™ payment policies you must observe:
Striked Policy Compliance: All lessons with Muzeg™ students must be paid for through Muzeg™. Consequences for not adhering include removal from the platform.
Expectations: The expectations for Muzeg™ teachers are listed within our Teacher Policies and Code of Conduct.
Request Reporting Requests: If a student requests that you accept payment outside of Muzeg™, you must decline and report the request using a support ticket.
Payment Risks: Payments outside Muzeg™ are not secured; students might not make those payments.
Reputable Transactions: Students and teachers build their reputations on Muzeg™. Transactions that move off-platform do not help your reputation and may lead to untrustworthy students.
Privacy Lost: Having transactions inside Muzeg™ protects your personal contact information.
Records: To support you in case something goes wrong, Muzeg™ keeps records of all lessons and payments.
Easily Solved Problems: When the lessons and payments are tracked on Muzeg™, disputes can be quickly resolved.
Off-platform payments nullify posted times and prices, causing a lack of confidence in the system.
It will simply remove a profile from teachers who are found requesting or accepting payments outside Muzeg™ and remove any remaining credits. The most important reason to follow Muzeg™'s policies is to maintain a safe, trustworthy user environment.
